Role Description

This is a full time role for an Account Coordinator/Manager based in North Sydney, NSW.

You’ll take ownership of Program design, development and delivery, supporting long‑term engagement platforms, loyalty initiatives and incentive program activity. Working closely with Account Service colleagues and internal specialists, you’ll ensure programs are delivered smoothly to a high standard and to budget.

This role is well suited to someone with 2
- 3 years of experience in marketing program execution, who is comfortable taking responsibility and operating with a degree of autonomy.

Qualifications

Experience in incentive marketing, loyalty programs, or a similar area is an advantage.

Strong Interpersonal Skills and exceptional Communication abilities to build and maintain client relationships.

Proficiency in Account Management and Customer Service to effectively handle and grow client accounts.

Analytical Skills to evaluate campaign performance and improve outcomes.

Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Proactive problem-solving approach and adaptability in a agile work setting.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
