Billing and Portfolio Contract Administrator (Full Time) Our Billing and Portfolio Contract Administrator adds value to 3E and all our stakeholders by:
- preparing, reviewing, negotiating and administering contracts and contract variations ensuring contracts comply with internal policies, funder requirements and agreed commercial terms
- managing contract-related enquiries, issues and variations
- maintaining accurate contract records, documentation and correspondence
- administering contract renewals, extensions, terminations and end-of-term processes
- administering invoicing and billing in accordance with volume-related agreements and contract terms
- managing billing and contract administration for clients within key partner portfolios
- liaising with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate end-of-term contract processes, including payouts
- assisting clients and partners with contract-related queries, billing matters and agreement requirements
- supporting other contract administration activities as required Traits and experience you must have
- Relevant qualification in business, contract administration, finance, commerce, legal studies or a related discipline.
- Minimum 1 year experience in a contracts administration or similar role
- A commitment to delivering accurate, timely and professional contract administration support to clients and partner
- Strong personal values and unquestionable integrity
- Previous asset finance experience, especially supporting the print industry is not essential but is preferred
- Proficient in all MS Office products
- Professional phone manner and customer service skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
