Wenona is seeking an experienced Teacher’s Aide to join our team and provide a broad range of support to our Junior School students. This role contributes to the overall support and reinforcement of classroom objectives, whilst contributing to a positive internal culture where service, integrity, kindness and humour are valued.

**The Position**
- Assist teachers to support students as part of the strategies outlined in their Student Learning Profile or IEP.
- Assist with documentation of student learning experiences, monitoring and evaluating students’ learning progress.
- Assist with classroom programs and excursion by providing positive behaviour support.
- Collaborate with Learning Enrichment, Primary Teachers, other professionals and families as required.
- Assist with student supervision in both the indoor and outdoor learning environments, including playground supervision, and excursions.

This is a permanent full-time position, with an immediate start, or as negotiated in line with notice period.

To be successful in this role, you will have experience and qualifications in providing support to Junior School students. You will display a passion and dedication for working with students with diverse learning needs. You will be capable of working collaboratively within a team environment and be committed to supporting the values of Wenona as you undertake your role.
