- Experience managing end-to-end claims, group income protection and TPD experience advantageous.
- A background in Allied Health, Legal, Physiotherapy and/or Rehabilitation.
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience providing a high-level of customer service.
- Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving skills with a solutions-focused mindset.
