Marketing Assistant (Bali) (North Sydney)

The iconic oceanfront luxury party beach club in Bali is looking for a brilliant marketing specialist to join the team to assist the marketing director with various projects, campaigns, social media management, advertisement and parties with international DJs.

**Responsibilities**
- Assisting Marketing Director with ongoing projects and campaigns
- Assisting with creation of social media campaigns and postings enhancing the brand across various social media platforms
- Writing and coordinating press-releases, composing various online content for the company’s website and social media accounts
- Assisting with execution of strategic plans to grow brand awareness
- Assisting with graphic design projects, social media campaigns, various advertising and marketing materials
- Assisting in event planning and sales
- Maintaining contact lists and other marketing databases
- Assisting with various daily tasks
- Collecting and interpreting marketing data
- Identifying, acquiring and maintaining recent influencers and celebrities contacts in line with the brand

**Qualifications**
- Degree in marketing, communication, sales, business administration, or other relevant field
- Excellent English: both oral and written, perfect grammatical skills (must be a native English speaker)
- Proven experience in marketing and content creation
- Extensive knowledge of social media platforms and understanding of their differences
- Experience in advertising and extensive knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics and TripAdvisor
- Proven experience in writing press releases and online content (portfolio required)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Dropbox, Canva, Mailchimp, Planoly
- Basic skills of Adobe Creative Suite are required, proficiency in Acrobat Pro
- Well-organized with meticulous attention to details

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
