Responsibilities
- Customer service for insurance voice process.
- Excellent communication skills
- Prior experience of contact center / customer services will be added advantage
- Adherence to all the regulatory bodies in Australia
- Achievement of agreed performance targets set by the business
- Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, external regulations and information security standards Qualifications
