Retail Sales & Customer Service Assistant (Cammeray)

An exciting Customer Service & Sales opportunity has become available to join our dynamic team. This position would suit a professional, well-presented and enthusiastic individual possessing a strong commitment to outstanding service.

No two days are the same in this customer service role!

The role is 5 days per week, including Saturday.

**The role has a strong focus on face to face customer service as well as over the phone.**

You will be responsible for:

- Meet and greet our customers in the showroom and assist them from enquiry through to close of sale
- Providing the same to over the phone enquiries
- Building relationships with new and existing customers
- Listening to our customer needs and finding the best solution for them
- Increasing our overall sales results
- Pick and pack small orders for dispatch
