Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain executives’ calendars, including scheduling and coordinating tasks, meetings, appointments, and conference calls.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and transportation, and prepare detailed itineraries.
Complete administration tasks efficiently, including preparing and organizing documents, presentations, and reports for meetings and presentations.
Perform general office duties, such as filing, photocopying, and ordering office supplies, to support the efficient operation of the executive office.
Prepare expense reports and reconcile credit card statements in a timely and accurate manner.
Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by executives, providing research, analysis, and support as needed.
Anticipate the needs of executives and proactively address any issues or concerns to ensure their productivity and effectiveness.
Requirements:
Minimum of one year of experience in the real estate sector, with additional administrative experience highly valued.
Proficient in both English and Mandarin (preferred) to accommodate diverse client interactions.
Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities.
Strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
Independent worker capable of managing responsibilities without close supervision.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a skilled demeanor.

Pay: $60,000.00
- $65,000.00 per year
