- Manage payment queries, complete outgoings reconciliations, and resolve payment disputes.
- Update and process data into relevant accounting and lease administration database.
- Validation and review of lease documents.
- Manage change of landlord and payee details including validation and system updates.
- Administer accounts payable and receivable functions relating to rent, outgoings, and other property expenses.
- General liaison with client and suppliers. Qualifications
- Experience in a similar role within Finance/Lease Administration or recently completed a degree related to Property.
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel and the Microsoft Suite.
- The ability to work independently, yet still work effectively as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong initiative and ability to adapt to new processes and willing to make improvements.
