**Duties**
Taking care of the day-to-day operations of the office, your will be responsible for:
- Greeting guests and customers with warmth and addressing any queries
- Performing Reception / Concierge style tasks such as answering calls, mail distribution and running errands
- Supporting with general administration
- Setting up boardroom and meeting rooms for meetings
- Ensure the premises is immaculately presented and fully stocked at all times
*** **Specific requirements**
- Previous experience in Reception / office support
- Take pride in your appearance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Have the desire to remain with a company long term and grow
