- Enjoy flexible hybrid working arrangements with genuine work-life balance About the Role We're looking for a Quality and Compliance Officer to join our team and take ownership of compliance and quality activities across ISC's key integrity programs. Our ideal Quality and Compliance Officer has:
- Tertiary qualifications in risk, compliance, quality management systems or a related discipline — and/or at least 3 years of relevant experience
- Experience with conformity assessment programs for management systems and/or product certification
- Recognised training in ISO 9001, with experience conducting internal and second-party audits
- Strong analytical and investigative skills, including experience in data analysis and data presentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills — you can translate complex information into plain language
- Outstanding attention to detail, particularly when it comes to data entry and document management
- Solid organisational and time management skills — you can juggle competing priorities without dropping the ball
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite The successful candidate will be required to hold an appropriate visa/residency status for full time employment in Australia.
