About The Role Reporting directly to the Director, you will take on an overarching leadership position within a structural team of approximately 12 members. This role is ideal for someone wanting to move beyond pure project delivery into a more influential position focused on team leadership and mentoring, technical oversight, client relationship management, project strategy and resourcing, and supporting the continued growth of the business.
