An exciting Customer Service & Sales opportunity has become available to join our dynamic team. This position would suit a professional, well-presented and enthusiastic individual possessing a strong commitment to outstanding service.

No two days are the same in this customer service role!

The role is 5 days per week, including Saturday.

The role has a strong focus on face to face customer service as well as over the phone.

You will be responsible for:

Meet and greet our customers in the showroom and assist them from enquiry through to close of sale

Providing the same to over the phone enquiries

Building relationships with new and existing customers

Listening to our customer needs and finding the best solution for them

Increasing our overall sales results

Pick and pack small orders for dispatch

The applicant must have a transparent and strong level of verbal as well as written communication and be able to maintain a happy and positive customer service attitude. If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you!
