About the prospect

As our Retail Postage Sorter, you’ll play an important part in keeping millions of Australians connected. As you’d expect, plenty of mail comes through our Post Offices and delivery facilities every day
- and our mail sorting teams make sure every delivery gets where it needs to.

This is a Permanent Part Time prospect working 15 hours per week (3 hour shifts between 6am and 5:15pm) across North Sydney, Crows Nest, St Leonards, Milsons Point, and Chatswood Post Offices.

You’ll be

Manually sorting all mail arriving at the workplace.

Sorting and distributing mail into relevant PO Boxes.

Assisting and/or performing administrative duties such as stocktaking and record maintenance.

About you

You’re friendly, enthusiastic and reliable and you love the balance of working in a team setting and autonomously.

You’re motivated by the opportunity to help make a difference to your community.

Call upon your memory and hand-eye coordination while sorting.

Be fit to lift up to 16kgs of mail regularly and stand for your shift.
