**About The Role**

This is the perfect role for a reliable Marketing Specialist/Coordinator with serious Social Media skills and who wants to make an impact, have autonomy to experiment/innovate, and to put everything they learned to the test. Step up into a team lead role and take your career to the next level!

Unleash your passion for social media marketing and in-bound marketing. Be part of the strategy and lead on the execution. Work in a supporting and competent team and report to a senior CMO.

This role is focusing on implementing the most advanced techniques in inbound campaigns using social, EDMs, automations... etc. Be involved in content creation including blogs, videos, podcast, website, EDMs, Social... etc.

**Remuneration**

We expect a high level of commitment and ownership from our team and in return, we offer very competitive remuneration and benefits. Based on the years of experience, we're offering the following package for this role:

- ** Base**: $120
- $150K Inc. Super (depending on experience)
- ** OTE (base + bonuses)**: Up to $200K/Year based on meeting KPI(s)
- ** Share Options**: Valued between $50K and $150K

**To Be Successful In This Role You Must**:

- Solid experience in Performance Marketing Experience
- Solid experience in Paid Search, Paid Social, Paid Display
- Minimum of 5 years of Social Media Marketing
- Minimum of 2 years in B2B Marketing
- Minimum of 5 years in inbound marketing
- Have a passion for creative inbound marketing
- Be motivated and driven
- Be extremely professional

**It's Advantageous If You Have Experience In**:

- Influencer Marketing
- PR
- SEO
- HTML
- HubSpot
- ABM
