We have an exciting opportunity for a Production Support Analyst to join our team. You will be responsible for providing help desk level 1 services within agreed service levels. This is a great entry level position for a driven and customer focused individual to kick-start their career.

**A bit more about the role**:

- Receipt and review of Help Tickets
- Implementation of Knowledge Base solutions to close Help Tickets
- Generate documentation for Knowledge Base as required
- Provision of customer response to help tickets
- Identification of gaps in knowledge base
- Escalation of Help Tickets to additional resources as required
- Make recommendations on changes to improve functionality of services and/or preventatively address tickets.

**A bit about you**:

- Ability to prepare high standard, detailed requirements documentation.
- Ability to take on and deal with multiple concurrent projects.
- Ability and desire to grow professionally
- Unrestricted work rights in Australia.

Desirable
- Experience working in the Lending industry (processing and/or technology).
- Knowledge of the Lending, Banking or Mortgage policies & processes.
- Prior participation in a major system roll-out at a financial institution or financial services related organisation.
- Capability of managing tasks: dealing with customers and developers.
- Experience in a prior role working with technology / systems development.
- Bachelor's or higher qualification in a related discipline.
- Experience in dealing with documentation of a technical nature.
- Working knowledge of XML.
- Exposure in SDLC.
