Finance Manager North Sydney

Objectives of this role Manage the accounting function for Real Flow Group comprising multiple legal entities domiciled in Australia & Recent Zealand. Manage reporting and business analysis activities to satisfy the requirement for accurate, insightful, timely and relevant information. Support the CFO as required Drive process and efficiency improvements.

Responsibilities Manage off-shore accounting team to undertake financial (including payroll) tasks and reporting in an accurate and timely manner: Manage and develop the accounting team Guide team by coordinating and prioritising activities and answering questions Ensure information and reporting requirements including monthly management /board reports are fully delivered Drive productivity, efficiency and best practise across the accounting function (and business more broadly)
- establish and monitor operational KPI’s Analyse month results (P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and provide insights and recommendations to executive /management team Prepare annual budget and quarterly forecasts Develop /maintain product costing model and complete commercial opportunity assessments Undertake ad hoc business analysis as required Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures. Maintain financial security via internal controls. Oversee payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements. Liaise with external auditors

Required skills and qualifications BComm degree qualification in Accounting or Finance related discipline. Five years of experience in an Accounting or Finance role Excellent written and verbal communication skills Solid time-management skills and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects High level proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and an aptitude for learning current software and systems Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges Apply on Kit Job: kitjobau.com/job/3r5abu
