Reporting directly to the Director, you will take on an overarching leadership position within a structural team of approximately 12 members. This role is ideal for someone wanting to move beyond pure project delivery into a more influential position focused on team leadership and mentoring, technical oversight, client relationship management, project strategy and resourcing, and supporting the continued growth of the business.About The Candidate

Extensive experience within structural consulting Strong technical capability across concrete and steel structures Experience leading teams and mentoring engineers Confidence managing clients and projects autonomously A collaborative and commercially minded approach Benefits
