Who is TeamKids? TeamKids is the premium provider of Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) throughout Australia. We exist to excite, engage and entertain children before school, after school and throughout school holidays.
Job Description This unique school is thoughtfully split into 2 separate programs, each led by a Director of Service with a Program Manager on-site daily to provide guidance and support. This strong leadership team ensures you have the resources and mentorship you need to deliver an exceptional program and thrive in your role.
During Vacation Care periods, the programs operate in a shared space, with no separation between programs, providing a flexible and dynamic environment for children and educators alike.
About The Service This split‑site service having a licence space for 228 children has a dedicated cottage space for the Before and After School Care programs, while the Senior aged program operating in a shared space with set‑up and pack‑down newly renovated Hall during ASC. Located in Waverton, NSW 2060, the service isgrowing, and we are seeking a Director of Service to join our supportive, dynamic team.
Hours Of Work This is a part‑time position offering a 32.5‑hour contract per week, structured across Monday to Friday.
Morning shift: 7:00am– 9:00am
Afternoon shift: 1:55pm– 6:00pm
Admin Hours: 2 hours weekly

As a Director of Service (commonly known as a Coordinator), you'll lead a team to create a safe, fun, and compliant program, plan engaging activities, supervise children, and build strong relationships with the school and community while managing your service.
