Diploma and ECT - Educational Leader (Cammeray)

Opportunity for a suitably qualified Early Childhood Teacher or Diploma trained Educator to join our wonderful team at Tarella House Early Learning Centre. At Tarella House Early Learning Centre we are looking for a passionate and dedicated leaders to join our beautiful center in Cammeray. We are looking for self-motivated, organised, creative leaders who will be responsible for developing and implementing high quality education through programs, projects and more, whilst working closely with staff, children and their families. Tarella House is a 62 place Early Learning Centre located on the Lower North Shore of Sydney. It is situated in a gorgeous Heritage House with wide open play spaces and beautiful rooms that inspire both children and staff. Applicants must:
- Hold a recognised Early Childhood Teaching degree and accreditation with NESA or Diploma in Early Childhood Education
- Current and valid certificates in First Aid; Emergency Asthma Management and First Aid Management of Anaphylaxis and a current WWCC Clearance
- Excellent understanding of current early childhood practices, the EYLF, Child Safe Standards and the NQS
- Experience developing and implementing meaningful and engaging curriculum for children aged 0-5 years
- Experience in leading, mentoring, and guiding the practice of other educators.
- Understanding of current pedagogical thinking and research
- Good written and communication skills
- Mature, skilled and friendly approach to Early Years Education and care of young children What we can offer you:
