The role We are seeking motivated and experienced Senior Lifeguards to join our NSOP team. This position plays a key role in supporting the day-to‑day aquatic operations of the facility, ensuring the safety, supervision, and positive experience of all patrons. Unlike a standard lifeguard position, the Senior Lifeguard at NSOP provides on‑shift leadership—supporting Duty Managers and guiding the Lifeguard team to maintain high standards of safety, professionalism, and customer service. You’ll assist with task allocation, rotations, and break scheduling, while acting as a key point of escalation for operational matters during your shift. During your shifts, you’ll support incident response, maintain compliance with all relevant policies and procedures, and contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the facility.
