About the Role We’re looking for a proactive and hands on Safety & Wellbeing Advisor to partner with leaders and employees across Hollard, providing expert guidance on workplace health and safety, injury management and employee wellbeing. Reporting to the Head of Workplace Relations & Safety, this role will lead safety compliance, incident management and wellbeing initiatives while helping strengthen psychosocial safety frameworks and build a positive, safety-first culture across the business. The Role at a Glance
- Partner with leaders across the business to provide practical WHS, injury management and wellbeing advice
- Lead incident investigations, workers compensation and return to work processes end-to-end
- Drive WHS compliance, risk management and psychosocial safety initiatives across the organisation
- Deliver safety training, reporting and wellbeing programs that support a positive and proactive safety culture
- Maintain WHS documentation, data and reporting systems, including data analysis and preparation of reports for leadership and the WHS Committee About You We’re ideally looking for someone with a working knowledge of Workplace/Occupational Health and Safety legislation (national and state-based) and best practice, including:
- Tertiary qualification in Work Health & Safety (or a related discipline)
- Experience in end-to-end incident management and implementation of corrective actions
- Demonstrated experience conducting risk assessments and managing hazard identification and control processes
- Strong understanding of psychosocial risk management requirements
