Care Worker

As a Care Worker supporting clients in the Northern Sydney areas, you will be part of our BaptistCare At Home team that provides quality complex care and support to our clients in their own homes. Responsibilities
- Assist with household cleaning, showering, dressing, and food preparation
- Provide continence support and assist with medication assistance
- Transport clients, where required, to appointments or appointments within the community
- Develop genuine connections with your clients and help them live their best possible lives Support and Development We offer a comprehensive orientation program including buddy shifts. You will have direct access to a dedicated supervisor and an access to a dedicated learning and development team to support your ongoing career development and career pathways. Compensation
- Earn $32.25 to $32.67 plus superannuation per hour
