Ardent is looking for a motivated and passionate PR & Communications Coordinator to join our growing team in a part-time graduate prospect role, with the potential to transition into a full-time position in 2027. This is an ideal role for a final-year university student studying PR, Communications, Journalism, Marketing or a related discipline who wants real agency experience working across integrated campaigns, content, media relations, social media and digital marketing. You’ll work closely with experienced PR, Digital and Creative specialists across a diverse portfolio of exciting clients and industries. About the Role This is a hands‑on learning opportunity where you’ll gain exposure across PR, communications, content marketing and digital campaigns. You’ll support the wider PR & Digital team while building practical industry experience and developing your skills across multiple marketing disciplines. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation of client PR and communications plans
- Support campaign reporting, insights and performance analysis
- Research media opportunities, story angles and industry trends
- Write media releases, pitches, blogs and PR content
- Monitor and analyse media coverage and campaign performance
- Assist with organic social media content creation and scheduling
- Support email marketing campaigns and communications
- Assist with copywriting for:
- Social media
- Paid advertising
- Landing pages
- Websites
- EDMs and blogs
- Stay up to date with PR, social media, SEO and digital marketing trends What We’re Looking For
- Final-year university student or recent graduate in:
- PR
- Communications
- Journalism
- Marketing
- Or related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Organised with strong time management skills
- Creative thinker with initiative and curiosity
- Passion for media, communications and digital marketing
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment Bonus points for:
- Social media content creation skills
- Canva or Adobe Creative Suite experience
- Copywriting or video content creation experience
