Position Summary

As a Delivery Driver for Duccio Gelato, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our handcrafted gelato reaches customers, retail partners, and events in perfect condition. You’ll represent our brand on the road, providing excellent service, maintaining delivery schedules, and upholding our commitment to product quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Safely and efficiently deliver gelato orders to retail stores, restaurants, and direct customers.

Handle products with care to maintain temperature integrity and presentation.

Load, organize, and secure gelato containers and packaging in the delivery vehicle.

Verify delivery details, collect signatures, and provide receipts as needed.

Perform pre

and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues.

Maintain a clean, organized, and temperature-controlled delivery vehicle.

Communicate effectively with dispatchers, kitchen staff, and customers about delivery status or issues.

Represent Duccio Gelato with professionalism and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

years of driving or delivery experience preferred (refrigerated transport a plus).

Ability to lift and move items up to 30kg

Excellent time management and communication skills.

Friendly, reliable, and customer-service oriented.

Knowledge of local routes and traffic patterns a plus.

Working Conditions

Must be comfortable driving in various weather and traffic conditions.

Frequent lifting, bending, and carrying of boxes

May include morning, early evening, or weekend shifts depending on delivery schedule.

Must be able to drive a manual transmission vehicle
