Barista/all Rounder Five Dock

We are currently seeking a Barista allrounder to join our team.

We are looking for a focused and friendly person to join our team and help deliver the following key points:

passion for coffee with a robust understanding of the importance of customer service and experience.

A drive and willingness to take ownership of the bar including making all drinks on the menu and running their own coffees when the rest of the team is busy.

An eye for detail and quality, you will be required to work both independently and with another barista.

Loves looking after customers and delivering every little detail of customer service.

A team player who supports the sequence of service/waiters by taking orders, running drinks and food and clearing tables when required

Strong communication on the floor with other front of house staff and sections

Must be extremely focused with experience and energy to run a tight little section to perfection.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Minimum 12 months barista experience Weekend availability is essential

Enthusiasm for developing your skilled skills

About you:Work with a sense of urgency

Have minimum 1 year experience

Good time management and organisational skills

Good communication.

Fluent in English
- speaking & writing

Ability to follow direction and instruction Positive attitude, a desire to learn, and the motivation to match

Ability to maintain product presentation with a fine eye for detail

Clean
- Strong awareness of Hygiene & Food Safety Standards

Pay: $27.97
- $36.53 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
