CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE/FRONT OFFICE CO-ORDINATOR

Smile Circle is looking for driven & talented people to join our growing team at our state of the art Five Dock practice.

About the Role

We are looking for a Front Office Coordinator who can become a key performer in facilitating the growth of the practice and building long lasting relationships with the patients.

Key responsibilities include: Reception duties including answering phones proficiently & basic data entry

Provide exceptional customer service & patient care

Communicate & coordinate with co-workers effectively & efficiently

Demonstrate drive to learn and be a high performer and set & meet targets that align with practice growth and vision

Be able to multi task and problem solve

Be well presented & impeccably groomed

Be eager to train & learn to improve his/her scope of work

Be eloquent in communication

**Job Types**: Part time, Casual

Pay: $30.00
- $40.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Performance bonus
