- Effectively leading and managing a team of production workers to drive optimal performance and productivity
- Monitoring and maintaining production schedules to meet deadlines and customer requirements
- Identifying and resolving operational issues, implementing process improvements, and driving quality control measures
- Providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members to develop their skills and capabilities
- Collaborating closely with other departments, such as logistics and quality assurance, to ensure seamless operations
- Adhering to all health, safety, and environmental regulations to maintain a safe and compliant work environment What we're looking for
- Leadership and people management skills, with the ability to effectively motivate and develop team members
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement
- Proficient in interpreting production data, monitoring performance, and implementing corrective actions
- Understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and workplace health and safety regulations
