Inside Sales Team Leader (Croydon South)

- Proactively connect with current and prospective customers to identify and generate new business opportunities
- Respond to and manage inbound sales inquiries from customers across multiple channels
- Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers
- Accurately maintain and update customer and project information within our CRM/ERP systems (including NetSuite)
- Offer technical support and guidance to customers on the use of our products
- Collaborate with the broader sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Collaborate closely with internal and external sales teams to support pipeline growth
- Develop a strong understanding of Studco’s product range and technical capabilities
- Meet and exceed daily and monthly KPIs related to calls, leads, and meaningful customer interactions What You Bring
