Boutique Cosmetic & Comprehensive Dental Practice – North of River Perth Connolly Dental Boutique is seeking an experienced, warm and highly organised Dental Receptionist / Front Office Coordinator to join our growing team. We are a premium boutique dental practice focused on delivering exceptional patient experiences and high-quality dentistry in a welcoming and supportive environment. Our practice provides a wide range of treatments including:
- General & family dentistry
- Cosmetic dentistry & smile design
- Invisalign & orthodontics
- Full mouth rehabilitation

You will work alongside a team of highly experienced dentists and supportive clinical staff who are passionate about excellence, personalised care, and maintaining the highest standards across every aspect of the patient journey. About the Role This position combines front desk coordination with patient journey management responsibilities. Your duties will include
- Managing all front desk and reception responsibilities
- Greeting patients with warmth and professionalism
- Managing phone calls, bookings and patient enquiries promptly
- Coordinating daily schedules and appointment flow
- Following up outstanding treatment plans and unscheduled treatment
- Managing patient recalls and reactivation systems
- Following up cosmetic and marketing enquiries professionally and efficiently
- Assisting patients through their treatment journey from consultation to completion
- Processing payments and health fund claims
- Maintaining accurate patient records
- Supporting the team and contributing to a positive workplace culture What We’re Looking For We are specifically looking for someone with strong local dental reception experience who understands the expectations of a premium private practice environment. The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in an Australian dental practice
- Strong Dental4Windows (D4W) knowledge
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A warm, confident and professional manner
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- High attention to detail
- A proactive attitude and willingness to help grow the practice
- Reliability, punctuality and professionalism
- A positive team-focused mindset
- Confidence discussing treatment and helping patients move forward with care
