**Full job description**

Our clinic's have outstanding GP’s and friendly welcoming staff.

Our Practice opening hours range from 6:45am
- 7:00pm Monday to Friday

Saturday from approximately 8:00am
- 1:00pm

**The following are considered essential for the position**:

- Medical reception experience is a must (minimum 1 year)
- Best Practice software experience is a must (minimum 1 year)
- A passion for customer service and exceptional communication and time management skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise a workload
- Able to work as part of a team or independently
- Be approachable and diligent
- Handle pressure and able to work independently
- Pleasant telephone manner.

**Duties (but not limited to)**
- Meeting and greeting patients
- Answering phones and making appointments
- Billing and receipting money
- Entering and scanning patient data and documents
- Process Medicare billings and payments accurately
- Assist with day-to-day banking
- Troubleshooting / Problem solving
