Panelbeater Blackbutt, QLD 4306, Full Time, Trades & Services – Vacancy Listing Dates 20/05/2026 to 17/06/2026 – Please Quote Reference Number 16904 At Town & Country Enterprises (QLD) Pty Ltd Trustee for the Dodt Family Trust T/A Blackbutt Smash Repairs, we are seeking a skilled Panelbeater with spray painting experience to join our busy workshop. This role suits a motivated all-rounder who enjoys hands‑on work and being part of a friendly, hardworking team. Your role will include, but is not limited to:
- Repair damaged vehicle body panels, frames, and structural components using specialist panel beating techniques
- Remove dents and straighten damaged panels using mechanical and hydraulic equipment
- Replace or repair damaged sections of vehicles in accordance with manufacturer specifications
- Fit and align repaired or replacement panels, doors, and vehicle components
- Carry out welding, filing, grinding, and metal finishing activities as part of vehicle body repairs
- Prepare repaired surfaces for refinishing through sanding, masking, and priming processes
- Perform spray painting and refinishing duties to restore vehicle appearance and surface quality
- Inspect completed repairs to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with workshop standards
- Maintain workshop tools, equipment, and a secure and clean working environment Applicants must have:
- A relevant trade qualification AQF Certificate IV with at least one year of relevant experience. Alternatively, at least three years of full‑time relevant experience in lieu of a formal qualification.
- Proven spray‑painting experience (essential)
- High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Reliable, honest, hardworking, and a strong team player A salary of $75,000
