Salary Range $85,000
- $90,000 + 12% super pending on experience

We are passionate about the role we play in supporting the physical and emotional wellbeing of students. This role will see you leading a team of 20 staff with service and culinary professionals across our kitchen and dining teams, while maintaining positive client relationships to meet the scope of business. The Position
- Cost control and financial reporting
- Catering at a high level for events and functions (internal and external stakeholders)
- Establishing and maintaining key stakeholder relationships
- Working across function and retail operations
- Communicate and work collaboratively with the client on all aspects of delivering a quality service to achieve mutually rewarding outcomes
- Developing leadership and employee capability, and foster a high-performance culture through continuous improvement and innovation
- Driving operational efficiency to maximise financial results without compromising quality The Person
- Demonstrated experience at management level, qualifications in hospitality with business management preferred
- Experience in a comparable environment or within a multi-site catering workplace
- Certifications in Cookery ( Cert III or IV )
- Ability to connect with key stakeholders and deliver superior service levels
- Commercially savvy and knows how to identify and deliver on growth opportunities
- Proactive leader who is professional, positive, supportive and motivated with experience in recruiting, mentoring, training and developing a team of hospitality professionals
