Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Support Analyst to deliver first‑line IT support and maintain a secure, reliable technology environment across the business. This role supports both office and site‑based users and requires travel to the Brisbane office and regional sites.

Key Responsibilities Provide IT support for incidents and service requests Install, configure and support end‑user devices and systems Manage onboarding/offboarding and user access Maintain IT assets and documentation Escalate issues and liaise with vendors as required Support IT projects and provide occasional after‑hours support Travel to offices and operational sites to deliver on‑site technical support

Essential Skills & Experience 2–3+ years in IT support or service desk roles Experience with Windows, Microsoft 365 and end‑user devices Familiarity with ticketing/ITSM systems Strong troubleshooting and communication skills Customer‑focused with a proactive approach

Education & Qualifications ITIL or Microsoft certifications (desirable)
