Parts Interpreter / Sales Person

McIntosh & Son, Dalby are seeking an experienced Parts Interpreter / Salesperson to join the team. We are looking for an enthusiastic self-motivated person with an eye for detail, who is friendly, systematic and driven by achieving results to support our fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive customer relationships
- Analyse existing/potential customer parts needs
- Provide accurate information and advice to customers and internal staff
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Participate in stocktakes About you
- A supportive team player with a can-do attitude
- Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technology
- Proven ability to build professional relationships with clients and seek new parts sales opportunities
- Proficient in parts interpreting and business ordering software
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to multitask and prioritise
- Ability to interpret a technical diagram
- While familiarity with agricultural machinery or a similar role is desirable, a fast learner with enthusiasm for teamwork and customer satisfaction will be looked upon favourably Benefits
