Ellerslie Farms Group is an agribusiness that operates one of the largest poultry farms in Australia. We employ over 400 people across our farming operations based at Millmerran, an hour west of Toowoomba in Queensland. Our operations are vertically integrated, covering the entire supply chain from chick rearing, grain production, stock feed milling, egg grading and poultry production. Our layer systems include Cage, Cage‑free, Free Range and Organic. We have in‑house service teams which coordinate bird vaccination, bird relocation, veterinary and nutrition services. About The Role FMCG Cleaners will work within a team to clean an FMCG facility, meeting deadlines and critical hygiene standards, to ensure the continuity of day‑to‑day production processes. Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with all food hygiene standards.
- Work as part of a team.
- Complete all tasks within WHS guidelines.
- Communicate effectively internally and with business partners.
- Receive hands‑on training to expand skills.
- Participate proactively in Quality Assurance, Bio‑security, Workplace Health and Safety, Food Safety and other compliance with relevant company codes of conduct, statutory acts and regulations. Qualifications and Experience
- Experience in FMCG cleaning (preferred but not essential).
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work well in a fast‑paced workplace.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Maintain high food safety and hygiene standards.
- Effective communication skills. Additional Requirements
