Job Summary Assist our DIY & trade customers with technical product support and impart your knowledge. Lead trade sales; build the credibility of the store. Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to trade & retail customers, using expert automotive parts/mechanical knowledge.
- Build effective customer relationships.
- Use up-to-date product information and knowledge to problem-solve and maximize sales.
- Commit to providing genuine service, creating lasting impressions and moments that matter for customers.
- Work in a busy phone-based customer service role.
- Ensure a safe work environment and continuous safety awareness.
- Lead a team of Drivers & Parts Interpreters, coaching and developing them.
- Coordinate driver delivery schedules.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Utilize computer skills effectively. Qualifications & Experience
- Safety mindset and commitment to workplace safety.
- Experience with automotive parts or mechanical knowledge.
- Customer service and sales experience.
- Strong communication skills, both technical and non‑technical.
- Proactive, solution‑focused problem‑solving ability.
- Proficiency with computers and computer programs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's licence (manual preferred).
- Availability to work alternating weekends and flexible on other days as required. Advantages
