About the Opportunity (When Roles Open) As a Customer Service Manager, you’ll lead the member experience from the front, driving energy, service standards and team performance across the club. You’ll be responsible for creating a welcoming, high-performing environment where members feel valued and the team delivers exceptional service every day. What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and developing the reception team to deliver outstanding service
- Driving customer experience, engagement and retention
- Managing enquiries, accounts and member interactions
- Overseeing rostering and day-to-day operations of front-of-house
- Ensuring the club is presented to the highest standard
- Supporting a high-performance, KPI-driven culture Who We’re Looking For
