- Strong project management skills and experience in higher‑education learning and teaching.
- Experience with a range of software applications.
- Ability to lead and mentor teams in a complex service environment.

- Experience managing complex projects and continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of higher‑education policy and legislation and ability to ensure compliance.
- Commitment to inclusive learning and research environments. What you’ll do
- Translate strategic learning and teaching priorities into high‑quality operational outcomes.
- Lead and manage the Creative Media and Design team to deliver engaging, pedagogically sound media and learning initiatives.
- Provide high‑level executive, business and project support to the Dean (Learning and Teaching Futures), including researching, preparing briefings and committee papers, and coordinating strategic initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement by reviewing systems and processes, managing operations, overseeing compliance with University policies, and supporting prioritisation, delivery and reporting of unit activities. What will help you succeed
- Relevant qualifications and experience in higher‑education learning and teaching management.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Understanding of policy and legislation related to higher education.
- Ability to manage complex projects and foster continuous improvement. To be considered for this position, you will need the right to work in Australia.
