Job Overview Location: 109 Neil Street, Toowoomba, QLD **** Contract Type: Permanent Full-Time & Part time Start Date: Monday 15th June **** Assessment Centre/Interview Dates: 26th May Salary: $62,000 exclusive of 12% super plus performance-based incentives (pro-rate for part-time) Training: 5-week full-time, fully onsite structured training program followed by additional onsite training within the first 3 months of commencement. For part-time candidates training is conducted full-time hours. Hybrid Working: After training, hybrid work applies. Responsibilities
- Phone-Based Role: Connect with customers directly, offering support and guidance.
- First Point of Reassurance: Provide initial support after claim lodgement.
- Guide Customers Through Their Claim: Explain coverage and next steps.
- Problem-solving: Seek solutions and make fair decisions balancing empathy with policy.
- Objection & Complaint Handling: Manage objections and complaints professionally.
- Critical Thinking: Assess situations and determine best course of action.
- Team Collaboration: Debrief after tough calls, share wins, learn together. Qualifications & Traits
