About the Role As the Retail Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of both our Drive Thru and Detached Bottlemart locations. You’ll lead by example, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and driving sales to achieve business goals. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of retail attendants, fostering a positive work environment.
- Manage daily operations, including inventory control, merchandising, and staff scheduling.
- Ensure compliance with all liquor licensing regulations.
- Drive sales and profitability through excellent customer service and strategic planning.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, implementing improvements where needed.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years management experience in a retail or bottleshop environment.
- Proven experience in the liquor, FMCG or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Knowledge of liquor products and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
