- Option 1: Tuesday to Saturday, 3:00 AM–11:00 AM.
- Option 2: Sunday to Thursday, 3:00 AM–11:00 AM. About the Role Bringing bread to life, you’ll enjoy the support to prove your passion and learn your craft. You will complete an Apprenticeship – Certificate III in Retail Baking (Bread) and be trained on how to produce and bake a variety of breads using baking equipment and machinery over a 3‑year period. What You’ll Do
- Greet, acknowledge, show care and thank our customers for shopping at Woolies.
- Stick to our policies and procedures to ensure we keep ourselves, each other and our customers secure, including looking out for and reporting any hazards.
- Work with a diverse range of people in an industry facing rapid change, gaining real‑world experience and growing as a person.
- Learn the skills and gain experience to become a qualified Retail Baker.
- Complete the 3 years with on‑and‑off‑the‑job training.
- Attend all TAFE classes and complete all assessments.
