We are a trusted provider of home care services for people with disability and older adults across the Illawarra and Shoalhaven regions. Known for our focus on providing continuity of care and a flexible experienced service, we offer a range of services through the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), Home Care Packages (HCP) and Veterans Home Care (VHC).

We aim to ensure service is provided in a dignified and caring way, to listen to what the individual has to say and support them in their choice of service and to be adaptable so that we can meet the individual’s needs and to be the leader of service provision and employment in the home care sector.

**The Role**

As the General Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of our mission, leading our home care services with strategic insight, operational excellence, and a client-centred approach. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive the growth and success of our services while fostering a positive and inclusive culture within our team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute strategic plans to grow our home care services
- Lead our team in delivering high-quality, client-centred care
- Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with NDIS, HCP and VHC standards
- Oversee financial management, including budgeting and funding utilisation
- Build strong relationships with clients, families and community partners
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and manage organisational risks

**What we’re looking for**
- **Experience**:2+ years in a leadership role within the health, aged care or disability services sector
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in business management, Nursing or a related field
- **Skills**: Strong leadership, communication and financial management skills; proficiency in care management software and governmental portals etc desired
- **Attributes**: A proactive, compassionate, and client-centred approach to service delivery

Pay: $90,000.00
- $140,000.00 per year
