What You’ll Do Be the first point of contact for our customers and aim to resolve enquiries then and there Manage inbound and outbound conversations across multiple channels Navigate ERP and CRM systems with confidence (and curiosity) Work closely with teams across the business to get the right outcome, every time Keep things moving, meeting KPIs while never losing the human touch Spend four days a week collaborating from our New Alexandria Head Office, with one day to work from home Who You Are You’re the kind of person people are glad they got through to.
