Paediatric Speech Pathologist (New Grad Program/Experienced Practitioner F/T or P/T)- Early Intervention Multidisciplinary Clinic Necessity Kids Dapto, Wollongong, Illawarra & South Coast NSW We are currently operating Speech Pathology, Early Intervention and Occuapational Therapy paediatric health services. Our point of difference for our Speech Pathology team is that we offer a diverse range of roles which can include a combination of school based, community and clinic-based therapy services whilst working in a multidisciplinary team which includes, paediatric osteopathy, paediatric exercise physiology, paediatric occupational Therpay and early childhood intervention services. What we are looking for: A passionate speech pathologist who would love to work either full-time or part-time with flexible schedule with options to work across schools, early learning services and in our clinic. University qualified and have SPA membership or eligibility to become a SPA member. Both experienced and new graduate therapists are welcome to apply. If you’re a new graduate:
- We have a new grad program. This includes induction training, ongoing one on one and group supervision, so you feel comfortable and confident to achieve the goals for each of your clients! If you’re an experienced speech pathologist:
- We offer opportunities to advance your career, including specialty roles, future management positions and more. What you need:
- University qualifications in speech pathology (or about to graduate).
- SPA membership or eligibility
- Current Working With Children Check
- National Police Check
- Eligibility to have a Medicare provider number
- A good sense of humour and willingness to be part of a team and community. Brownie Points for:

- First aid certificate.
- Current NDIS Worker Orientation module certificate.
