**About the Role** We’re looking for compassionate and committed Care/Support Workers to join our South Coast team in **Dapto | Wollongong | Shellharbour** areas.

You’ll support people to live safely and independently in their homes, offering help that makes a real difference. You'll also enjoy variety, flexible schedule and meaningful work close to home.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Personal care (showering, dressing, toileting)
- Domestic assistance (cleaning, laundry, meal prep)
- Transport to appointments or social outings
- Companionship and emotional support
- Supporting people with complex needs (Autism, Bipolar, BPD, physical disabilities)

**Who We’re Looking For**

You are:

- Compassionate, reliable and proactive
- A great communicator and active listener
- Someone who takes initiative and works well independently
- Comfortable travelling to multiple client homes in the region

**Essential Requirements**
- Certificate III or higher in Aged Care, Individual Support, Disability, or a related field
- Working With Children Check
- National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid Australian driver’s licence and comprehensively insured vehicle
- COVID-19 vaccination (as required by health regulations)
- Australian work rights
