2027 Electrical Apprentices (Mount Kembla)

What you’ll do
- Whilst studying a Certificate III Electrotechnology working with GM³ over 4 years, you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Gain exposure to a wide range of electrical experiences
- including automated production machinery, mobile equipment, conveyor systems, substations, winders, communications and control systems.
- Build your skills in reading electrical diagrams, drawings and specifications to understand how our equipment works.
- Gain specialised training and experience in Hazardous Area electrical equipment.
- Get involved in the operation, maintenance, testing, inspection and fault finding of our underground equipment.
- Install and maintain underground mining equipment What we’re looking for

- Ability to commence in January 2027
- Ability to work in a team workplace as well as individually
- Commitment to full term of the apprenticeship and study requirements
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills and knowledge
- Demonstrated interest/passion in the trade Must-haves

- Drivers licence and reliable transport
- NSW National Police Check
