- access to network of fitness centres and pools for employees and familiesFree access to independent counselling support for employees and familiesHealth & Wellbeing programmesReward & Recognition programmesReferral bonusesCareer and professional development opportunitiesKey Responsibilities includeEnsuring a safe environment for staff, residents, clients, volunteers and visitors by ensuring compliance with WHS requirements, adhering to policies and procedures and documentation meets accreditation standardsManaging contractors including scheduling, inductions, ensuring service agreements are in place and liaising with Service ManagerContributing to the development of the Preventative Maintenance Program, ensuring work requests are responded to competently and within agreed timeframesDocumenting of works performed is completed accurately and efficientlyAttending mandatory and non-mandatory training and apply this learning to improve service delivery and comply with Industry requirementsManaging un-scheduled events and respond proactivelyCommunicating with Management and other staffEnsuring Maintenance budget is monitored and managedAbout YouCommitment to engage and align with HammondCare’s Christian Mission, Motivation and Mission in ActionA trade qualification relevant to a Facilities Maintenance or Construction environmentAt least 3 years demonstrated experience working in a Construction or Facilities Maintenance roleA current NSW White cardDemonstrated ability to effectively manage complex and competing demands, under dynamic time pressuresDemonstrated experience in applying initiative and creative problem-solving on the job.Robust computer skills (Excel and Word).Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a dynamic team environment, under minimal supervision.A current driver’s licence and a willingness to travel between HammondCare sites and servicesTo ApplyIf you are ready to make a difference with HammondCare, Apply Now!
