About the Role This is a full-time, on-site Speech Pathologist position based in Dapto, NSW, working within our paediatric multidisciplinary team. You will
- assess and support children with speech, language and communication difficulties
- develop individualised therapy plans
- collaborate with families, educators and allied health professionals
- contribute to meaningful long-term outcomes for children
- participate in mentoring, supervision and professional development opportunities Our team supports children across areas including:
- speech and language delays
- articulation and phonological disorders
- AAC and non-verbal communication
- literacy and language development

- Qualification in Speech Pathology and current Speech Pathology Australia registration
- Passion for paediatric therapy and helping children thrive
