What We’re Looking For
- A Leader on the Floor: You actively coach, mentor, and demonstrate the warm, genuine service that defines Papinelle, inspiring your team daily through your actions.
- Hands-On Fashion Stylist: You have strong fashion and styling expertise, with the ability to sell the story, feel, and lifestyle behind every product.
- Operational & Fiscal Savvy: You are experienced managing all aspects of retail operations—inventory, visual merchandising, budgets, and KPIs—ensuring a smooth, efficient, and profitable store.
- Customer Champion: You are dedicated to creating exceptional customer experiences and empowering your team to do the same.
- Proven Industry Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ management experience in fashion retail is required, with a track record of achieving sales targets and running high-performing stores. What You’ll Do
- Lead by example: sell, style, and inspire the team with hands-on engagement.
- Drive store performance, achieving sales, profitability, and operational targets.
- Train, and develop a high-performing, motivated team, fostering a culture of positivity, ownership, and customer obsession.
- Maintain the store’s visual presentation, inventory accuracy, and operational excellence.
- Ensure every customer interaction reflects Papinelle’s brand promise: warmth, style, and luxury.
